(macros is short for macronutrients. There are 3 main types of macronutrients, Protein, carbohydrates and fats. The app My fitness pal is recommended to track both calories and macros)

Meal plans and recipes, along with exercise plans are provided. If you don’t have a gym membership, let me know and I will send you the no equipment work out plan. There is a private facebook group for participants of the challenge, you will not be doing this on your own.
